专利说明:
[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention belongs to the technical field of structures and supports for the arrangement of illumination systems on roofs and walls, and in particular to structures and supports that are roofs and walls for the provision of several separate illumination devices on lanes, kind fluorescent, LEDs and the like. The invention refers in particular to a linear insert structure for an illumination composed of a metal profile in which the illumination system is arranged, joined to the molded pieces of plaster and titanium, so that the metal profile is embedded, and plaster and titanium shaped parts remain adapted to the surface of the roof or wall. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently we know several embeddable structures for the location of illumination means such as fluorescents, LEDs, and any other type of illumination system that can remain embedded on the roof or walls, in such a way they illuminate through a diffuser. These structures are normally wasted, or profiles in the form of "C", and are made with plaster, and similar materials, which once installed on the roof, the wall, or on a surface to be illuminated, it will fix them a metal element, in which it is necessary to have the illumination system. These structures have the disadvantage of having to be installed in several stages, firstly the plaster, and subsequently the metal elements in which it is necessary to place the illumination system, bulbs, spotlights, fluorescents, LEDs, etc. In addition, these structures do not allow the location of systems of great length, having to conceal several of them to install linear long. A flush structure was therefore desirable to allow the location of linear illumination systems of great length, thus avoiding the disadvantages existing in the prior structures of the state of the art. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the problems existing in the state of the art by means of a linear insertable structure for illumination, which has a linear metallic profile with a section in the form of "CI", whose two lateral segments, or feet, are inserted each of them in a piece modeled in plaster and titanium. [0002] The linear metal profile has fastening elements on its inner surface for fixing various illumination means, such as fluorescents, spotlights, halogens, LED lamps, etc. In the resulting structure, the linear metal profile with the illumination means remains recessed without the need for a frame on a roof or a conventional wall, or on a false ceiling, while the molded piece in plaster and titanium, a form suitable for the surface of the roof or wall, remains substantially leveled with it. From this form a linear illumination system is obtained, i.e., of great length with respect to its other dimensions, and continuous, i.e., without any interruption. Thus, the length of the illumination system can be unlimited, according to the specifications of the installer. For the realization of the structure which is the subject of the present invention, it is necessary to use molding. It is necessary to have a metal profile in the corresponding mold and to introduce glass fibers in the zone of the lateral segments or feet of the profile. Then you must introduce the liquid mixture of plaster and titanium in the mold, around the metal profile, and let it forge. Once we have obtained the structure with the united materials, this one will be ready to be fixed on the ceiling or the wall, and later in a simple and immediate way it will be necessary to fix the means of illumination in its interior. . These patterned pieces can be made in a preferred manner on a Crismosil® base, which has a high mechanical resistance to torsion and curvature, as well as a high hardness. Particularly, the linear structure which is the subject of the present invention has a diffuser for the light provided by the illumination means, which is preferably a plate or a diffusion surface which is fixed to the metal profile by the open side of the - it, and closes it leaving in its interior the means of illumination. In a preferential way, to reinforce the plaster and titanium shaped parts, and to make them more resistant, they may have reinforcing glass fibers arranged at least in the insertion zones of the lateral segments of the profile. metal, although they may be included in different areas. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Next, to facilitate the understanding of the invention, in an illustrative but nonlimiting manner, we will disclose an embodiment of the invention which refers to a series of figures. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the linear insert structure for illumination which is the subject of the present invention, and which shows in the form of explosion its main elements. [0003] Figure 2 shows the various elements of the structure in its formation by molding. FIG. 3 is a front view of the linear insert structure of FIG. 1. FIGS. 4 to 8 show the various embodiments of the structure which is the subject of the invention, in accordance with the various shapes of the plaster and titanium shaped parts. in which the illumination means have been removed to provide simplicity. Sketches 9, 10 and 11 show alternative designs of the linear insert structure with different designs of metal profiles. In these figures, reference is made to a set of elements which are the following: 1. a linear metal profile 2. a molded plaster and titanium piece 3. glass fibers 4. lateral segments or feet of the metal profile 5 metal supports behind a roof or wall 6. a surface of the roof or wall 7. a mold for filtering due to gravity 8. a small barrel for filtering 9. a liquid mixture of plaster and titanium 10. a diffuser 11. illumination means 12. fastening elements 13. a strap for fixing the illumination means 14. first element of the metal profile 15. side wings of the metal profile Detailed description of the invention The object of the invention The present invention is a built-in linear structure for illumination. As we can appreciate in the figures, this structure is composed of a linear metal profile 1 and a shaped piece 2 in plaster and titanium. The linear metal profile 1 has a section in the form of "CI", and has in its inner surface fastening elements 12 for fixing the illumination means 11. Preferably, the metal profile 1 is an extruded aluminum profile, although that it can also be obtained by extrusion or molding other light and resistant metals. Sketches 9, 10 and 11 show particular embodiments of the invention in which the linear metal profile 1 of section "0" is formed by a first element 14 of section "U" inverted, and united to each of the two sides of the latter, by a lateral flange 15. The said lateral flanges can be fixed on both sides of the first element 14 by conventional fixing means. By these achievements we obtain the advantages of: lightening the structure by reducing the material of the molded parts (2) of plaster and titanium, with the reduction of the weight of the structure obtained and the reduction of production costs. The two lateral segments 4, or feet, of this section in the form of "CI" of the metal profile 1, are each inserted into a molded piece made of plaster and titanium. In this way, the metal profile 1 is recessed on a roof or a wall, having the shaped pieces 2 in plaster and titanium a shape adapted to the surface 6 of the roof or wall. As we can see in Figures 4 to 8, these shaped parts 2 have different shapes to fit the surface 6 in which the structure is installed. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention shown in the figures, the shaped pieces 2 in plaster and titanium have glass fibers 3 as a reinforcement arranged at least in the insertion zones of the lateral segments 4 of the metal profile 1, to reinforce the union with the metal profile 1 and obtain an even stronger structure. In order to obtain the linear insert structure for the illumination which is the subject of the invention, it is necessary to use the molding. For this we have a metal profile 1 in the corresponding mold 7 and we introduce glass fibers 3 in the area of the lateral segments 4 or feet of the section in the form of "CI" of the metal profile 1. Then, since a small barrel for the filtering 8 it is necessary to introduce the liquid mixture 9 in plaster and titanium in the mold 7, around the metal profile 1, and let it take. Once we have obtained the structure with the united materials, it will be ready to fix it on the roof or the wall, and later in a simple and immediate way fix the means of illumination 11 in its interior by means of the fastening strip 13 of the aforementioned illumination means 11. These shaped pieces 2 can be made of a preferred form on a Crismosil® base, which has a high mechanical resistance to torsion and curvature, as well as a high hardness. In a particular way, the insert structure has a diffuser 10, which will be fixed to the metal profile 1 on its open side, by closing and leaving in its interior the illumination means 11, allowing the passage of the light emitted by the illuminating means mentioned 11 therethrough. According to a particular embodiment of the invention, this diffuser 10 is made in the form of a plate, with a thermoplastic material, which is preferably an acrylic material. [0004] In a preferred manner, this diffuser 10 is fixed to the metal profile 1 by clipping means, which allows assembly and disassembly for the replacement or repair of illumination means very fast and simple. Once the invention is described in a very clear manner, it must be noted that the particular embodiments previously described are susceptible of modifications of detail provided that they do not modify the fundamental principle and the essence of the invention. .
